This is just another quick blog post for one of my favourite cakes. It uses whole oranges which gives it that bright orange colour. I decorated them with a glaze and edible pansies, because flowers make everything look better.

I know my last post was back in July, but another busy term is finally over and the blog is now updated. There are some pretty major things that have happened over the past few weeks. Surreal, really, is the best way to describe it. So I am very excited to share this news with you, as well as the recipe for these dairy-free chocolate popsicles. They are rich, chocolatey, fudgy and simply delicious.
Coffee Eclairs
Choux pastry, coffee creme patissiere, coffee marscapone cream, dark chocolate and chocolate covered coffee beans – all in one eclair. Could it get any better? I really don’t think so. This is by far one of the most elegant pastries I have ever made, and these coffee eclairs definitely taste as good as they look.
Strawberry Tart {Updated Recipe}
I never thought I would be posting a strawberry tart recipe for the second time (see previous post here!). Let alone posting anything for a second time. Since the previous version of the recipe was actually my very first blog post, not only has the photography improved but so has the recipe. It is probably the best tart I have ever made. Hands down.
